Medspas (also called medispas) offer such medical treatments as Botox injections and laser hair removal in a luxurious environment rather than a doctor&#8217;s office (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.americanmedspa.org\/page\/MedSpaFAQ\"><em>see medspa definition and more research from AmSpa<\/em><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Driving this growth is demand for minimally-invasive, non-surgical cosmetic procedures among all demographics \u2014including millions who have joined the self-care movement, seeking solutions for beauty and anti-aging through a wave of new technology, and safer and more effective treatments. However, if strategically executed, the business can lead to great satisfaction for patients and worthwhile financial gains.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, Radiance Medspa established its brand and customer base; acquired equipment, technology and resources necessary for medical aesthetic skin and body care. The company is now ranked in the top 200 BOTOX\u00ae and JUV\u00c9DERM\u00aefacilities in the US, as well as named on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inc.com\/profile\/radiance-medspa\">Inc. 5,000 list of America\u2019s Fastest Growing Companies<\/a> three years in a row.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avoiding Growth Traps<\/strong> \u2014While 91% of owners expect revenues to increase (and 7% anticipate no year-over-year change), concern about managing expenses more efficiently is also growing. Among arange of factors\u2014such as managing increasing expenses associated with new technology, equipment updates and expansion or location enhancements \u2014medspasare not always able to drive sustainable growth needed to perpetuate sufficientearnings, and thereby high enough valuations to maximize shareholder wealth or attract outside investment.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI came to Auctus Capital Partners seeking help to increase profits and expand business.
