Testing our products off the production line helps tell if our products are meeting OEM standards.
Besides the look, finish, and overall physical aspects, we check for lateral runout during production.
Pro Tip: Lateral runout is the side-to-side movement of the brake rotor as it rotates on the wheel hub. We utilize our own dynamometer equipment to determine if the rotor is to specification. During this test, we can measure to within 0.5 millimeters (or 0.001 inches) to ensure the rotors you receive are well-balanced and within OEM specifications.
